Software when you run it. A percentage when we do.

Run G3 Flow yourself and pay by the claim. Hand our team the parts of the cycle you’d rather not staff, each for a small share of collections. Or hand us all of it, at a rate that slides down as you grow.

Software

Your team works in G3 Flow. It checks coverage, scrubs and sends claims, posts payments and builds every worklist.

Software and services

Keep the work you want in-house and hand our team the rest. Each service is priced on its own and added to the software.

    Full service, estimated

    $0 a month

      All three, for these numbers

A rate that drops as you grow.

Full service works like tax brackets. Each slice of a month’s collections is charged at its own rate, so a bigger month lowers your overall rate and never raises the rate on what you’d already collected.

Collections in the monthRate on that slice

        Software, priced by the claim.

When your team runs G3 Flow, you pay for the claims it sends, and the price drops at each tier. Everything in the software comes with it: eligibility checks, claim scrubbing, payment posting, denial worklists, patient statements and reporting.

Claims sent in the monthPer claim

        Services, one at a time.

Hand our team any part of the cycle. Each service is a share of the month’s collections, added to the software, except credentialing, which is per provider. Hands-on work for the services we run is included.

        ServicePrice

        How we charge, and why.

The way medical billing is usually priced, without the parts that work against you.

        A percentage only for people

Software is priced by the claim, because the software does that work. A share of collections pays for our team, so it covers only what our team runs.

        Collections, not charges

The percentage is of what’s actually paid to you in the month, insurance and patient payments after takebacks. It’s the collections figure in your monthly report, so you can check every invoice.

        Slices, not cliffs

Each slice of collections keeps its own rate. Crossing into the next bracket lowers the rate on the dollars after it and never on the ones before.

        No setup fee

Your go-live plan, clearinghouse and ERA enrollment, test claims and a parallel run against your current billing are included.

        Month to month

Software ends whenever you say. Services and full service end with 60 days’ notice, so the claims we’ve already sent get worked to payment.

        Your data stays yours

When you leave, take everything with you: claims, remittances, payments, denials and work history, as CSV or JSON Lines.

        Questions about pricing.

What a month costs, what counts, and what’s included. Anything else, email us.

        Which way should we choose?

If you have a billing team, start with software: it does the routine work and your team handles the exceptions. Short on people in one area? Add that service. Rather not run billing at all? Choose full service. The estimate above shows all three for your numbers.

        What counts as collections?

Payments posted in the month: insurance payments from ERAs and EOBs, and patient payments, after takebacks. It’s the collections figure in your monthly report, so every percentage on an invoice can be checked against it.

How does the sliding scale work?

Each slice of the month’s collections has its own rate, and the rate on a slice never changes, so growing never makes the dollars you’d already collected cost more.

        What counts as a claim?

Each claim G3 Flow sends to your clearinghouse in the month. A corrected claim that goes out again counts again.

Can we mix software and services?

Yes: the software plus any services you choose. When the services you want come to more than full service, the estimate says so, and you can switch at any time.

What do the first 30 days cost?

The software is free for your first 30 days. Services and full service are billed from the day our team starts working.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No setup fee: your go-live plan, enrollments, test claims and a parallel run are included. Software is month to month. Services and full service end with 60 days’ notice, so the claims we’ve sent get worked to payment.

        What about our old AR?

Hand it to us along with everything else. Payments on it count in your collections like any other, with no separate project fee.

        Is there a minimum?

Software has a monthly minimum, and so does full service. Services are added to the software.

We collect a lot. Is there volume pricing?

The sliding scale already lowers your rate as you grow, and the price per claim drops with volume.

Are postage and card fees included?

Printing and postage for paper statements stay with your mailing vendor, and Stripe’s fees for online patient payments are separate.

        What if we leave?

Your data is yours. We export your claims, remittances, payments, denials and work history as CSV or JSON Lines, de-identified or in full.
